LAfricaMobile clôture sa série A de 6,5 M€ (7 M$) avec le soutien de Bpifrance pour devenir leader du cloud communication et de l’intelligence artificielle (IA) en Afrique Francophone.


LAfricaMobile, une entreprise spécialisée dans le cloud communication et l’IA, s’est engagée à aider les entreprises africaines à créer un lien fort avec leurs clients à travers le téléphone mobile.
 

[DAKAR, le 03 Décembre 2024] – En avril 2024, un premier tour de table de 4,3 M€ (4,5 M$) avait été constitué avec des investisseurs de renom [ Janngo Capital, Southbridge Investments, Ciwara Capital, KJ Holding, Audentes Capital, DMG Promotion, 150 O bter (Jihed Othmani) ]. LAfricaMobile finalise aujourd’hui sa levée de fonds grâce à Bpifrance, portant le montant total de sa série A à 6,5 M€ (7 M$). Cette nouvelle phase marque un jalon important pour l’entreprise et vient renforcer son ambition de poursuivre son développement en Afrique Francophone.

LAfricaMobile raises €4.3m ($4.6m) to become the leader in Cloud Communication in French-speaking Africa.

LAfricaMobile, a Cloud Communication and Mobile Marketing platform, has always been committed to enable African businesses to create a strong link with their customers on the mobile phone. 

Marrakech, May 29, 2024 During the launch of GITEX AFRICA, the Meeting of Francophone Entrepreneurs (REF) and the African CIO Awards, LAfricaMobilewhich actively participates in these three events, announced a fundraising of €4.3 million ($4.6 millions) for its series A. 

This fundraising will allow LAfricaMobile to consolidate its financial position and accelerate its expansion in French-speaking Africa. The funds will be used to develop the company's activities in Central Africa and to invest further in its products, in particular by integrating artificial intelligence in order to offer better added value to its customers and partners according to Malick DIOUF CEO and Co- founder of LAfricaMobile. 

This funding round, led by Janngo Capital, brought together the participation of several leading investors: 

  • the world vice-champions, Aurélien Tchouaméni and Jules Koundé of the French Football team 
  • the brilliant founders of Expensya, Karim Jouni and Jihed Othmani (Tunisian Success Story - The beautiful African exit of 2023) 
  • And the investment funds SouthBridge Investments and Ciwara Capital.
